Scopes We Request and Their Purposes:

Google Analytics Read-Only (analytics.readonly): Adgine uses this scope to read your Google Analytics 4 (GA4) traffic data (such as active users, sessions, conversions, etc.) and generate visual traffic overview charts on the Adgine dashboard, helping you monitor your website performance in one centralized platform. We only read and display data — no modifications are made.

Google Analytics Edit (analytics.edit): This scope allows you to manage basic GA4 configurations or create necessary conversion events/custom dimensions through the Adgine platform, simplifying your setup process and ensuring collected data aligns with Adgine's analytics models.

Data Storage & Retention: Google Analytics data obtained through the above scopes is stored in encrypted form on our secure servers and retained only while your account is active. Upon account deletion or authorization revocation, this data is permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days.

Limited Use Disclosure:

We only use Google user data to provide and improve user-facing features visible in the Adgine platform.

We do not sell Google user data to third parties.

We do not use Google user data for serving ads or ad targeting.

We do not use Google user data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.

We do not transfer Google user data to any third party unless it is necessary to provide or improve user-facing features, for security purposes, to comply with applicable laws, or with the user's explicit consent.

No humans read Google user data unless the user has given affirmative consent, it is necessary for security investigation, or it is required by law.

Revoking Access: You can revoke Adgine's access to your Google data at any time through your Google Account Permissions page, or by disconnecting Google in the Adgine platform's account settings. After revocation, we will stop obtaining new data and delete stored Google user data within 30 days.

You may request deletion of your account at any time through the Adgine platform's account settings. Upon account deletion:

Your profile, preferences, and connected third-party service data (including Google user data) will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Anonymized, aggregated statistical data may be retained but cannot be traced back to you.

Data required to be retained by law will be deleted after the mandatory retention period expires.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:

TLS/SSL encryption for all data in transit.

AES-256 encryption for data at rest.
